 Can you explain "attached BFFS"?

 Please check out the bootblock loader from Ignatios and/or Michael Hitch,
which enabled you to boot directly into BSD w/o loading the kernel via
BFFS.  Another Idea is using gobsd and stating it with unit and volume
options, also w/o BFFS.
