You are wrong. The INSTALL-file is wrong. The patchlevel1 INSTALL file
hopefully will be right.

This confession brought to you from the guy who not only integrated
the Tseng (Merlin, Omnibus, ) driver into 1.1B, but also proofread the
INSTALL file a couple of weeks later. :-(
