No.  You need an accelerator card, 68020-with-68851, 68030, 68040, or 68060
(and it *must* have an MMU, meaning plain 68020 without 68851 and 68EC030
won't work).

You'll have most source code compatibility with FreeBSD, but no binary
compatibility.  680x0 != 80x86, so the binaries won't run.
