If you are using NetBSD under VirtualBox and use VBox Guest Additions,
you will need to re-create your /dev/vboxguest

I have reserved major 109 (on both i386 and amd64) for the loadable
vboxguest module so that /dev/vboxguest device node can be stable and
not affected by new MI majors added to the kernel.
