Linux on NVMM

Hi folks --

Trying to get NVMM going on NetBSD 9.0 today, trying to get a 64-bit Linux VM going on an AMD host.

So far I've only had success booting CentOS 7, but it is too old to run the application I want to use. The rest all hang shortly after loading the kernel. What I've tried:

 - CentOS 8
 - Fedora 29
 - Fedora 31
 - Debian 10.1
 - Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

They all seem to hang around the same spot, this is all I see on the console:

starscream$ sh -x start.sh
+ '[' -f /etc/shrc ']'
+ . /etc/shrc
+ SMP=4
+ MEM=2048
+ CDROM=CentOS-8-x86_64-1905-boot.iso

Any ideas / magic kernel command-line parameters to try?

Thanks!
