32bit runtime for amd64

Hi,

It's my understanding that -current amd64 is shipping 32bit
runtime as a part of standard distro. W/o any tweak setups
it allows to run any NetBSD/i386 binaries as 64bit natives.

Q1. correct?
Q2. Can I compile 32bit apps by switching -m32/-m64 flags?
Q3. how about linux 32bit binaries in amd64?
