pkgsrc-2008Q3 x86_64 binary available

Hello,
the first bulk builds of pkgsrc-2008Q3 on x86_64 3.1 and 4.0 have
completed. This gives us 6434 packages for x86_64/3.1, and 7296 for
x86_64/4.0. You should be able to grab them from
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/x86_64/{3.1,4.0}_2008Q3/
within about 10 hours (the upload is still in progress, the
impatient can grab them from ftp.fr.netbsd.org).

As for the previous branches, new builds will be started and the binaries
will be updated when there are pullups to the branch.
