HP/Compaq nc6230 suspends but doesn't resume.

I had to disable lpt0 in a GENERIC or GENERIC.MP kernel. In my own custom
kernel, com0 (at acpi), lpt0 (at acpi) and bthub0 (at ubt) all complained
about missing PMF capability.
