ok solved my pb,
I have added on GENERIC amd64 kernel : (UP/MP)
  ixpide* at pci? dev ? function ? # ATI IXP IDE controllers
already exist on GENERIC i386 kernel
and perf IS VERY GOOD now ! (x10!)
maybe another ide chipset is missing ...
