I am seeing values like that when 
the system first boots, but it soon
goes up to ~215MB (current value).  
I've always just quitely assumed 
that this was allocated to bufcache, but I am more
curious about the amount of memory used here
after hearing one of the previous replies 
stating that such processes
used only ~8.5MB RAM.
