That's very useful information. Thank you. I've committed a quick fix
for this problem which reveals that my i945G based ASUS motherboard
doesn't have the RNG:

pchb0: Intel 82945G/P Memory Controller Hub (rev. 0x02)
pchb0: unable to read from random number generator.

The message will only apear on a DIAGNOSTIC kernel.

I'll implement a better fix tomorrow.
