It doesn't show the "long" mode cpuid bit, nothing in that dmesg indicates
it is in fact using "long mode".

I guess it's possible that the OpenBSD kernel does not report any of this,
and also does not use APIC mode by default, but the dmesg does not
make it appear like an amd64 chip.
