  I got a machine which has Intel Pentium Extreme Edition CPU chip
and Intel D955XBK M/B and tried to install NetBSD/amd64 2.1 and
-current.  But cannot boot.  I got warning/error messages:

panic: init386: too many memory segments

Note that NetBSD/i386 2.1 and -current work fine. there are no programs.

Then I tried kernels (both 2.1 and -current) that I manually set
memory size by REALBASEMEM and REALEXTMEM options and it seems
that the system works fine.

Has anyone tried to run NetBSD/amd64 on Pentium Extreme Edition
CPU chips and/or Intel D955XBK M/B?
