When I try running chrooted to /emul/netbsd32 (a mounted i386
partition) I get repeated warnings from ld.elf_so that the
machdep.fpu_present sysctl which is mentioned in /etc/ld.so.conf
doesn't exist. Would it be safe to add this sysctl and have it
always return true?
