Was anybody able to get NetBSD working on that machine?

I tried to install NetBSD 2.0.2, but I failed. There is an issue with
the SATA controller (VT8237/viaide).
While booting from CD, I get a lot of the following messages:

viaide0:0:0: lost interrupt
        type: ata tc_bcount: 512 tc_skip: 0

Help appreciated,
