yes. it has 3 PCI busses: one for builtin on-chipset devices, second for 
AGP, third for PCI slots.

i enabled APIC in BIOS.


even more funny - last version of FreeBSD detects built in nVidia 
ethernet, while everything else (including Windows XP PRO X64) doesn't see 
any device at all, not just device without driver!

motherboard is brand new - can it be broken somehow? FreeBSD-current 
showed that hardware is OK, ethernet works just fine. so what is wrong? 
people use this hardware with windows for sure.
