Strange. It should show up as a PCI device.

Try to comment out "MPBIOS" and enable ACPI instead.

BTW: a general question: why is MPBIOS enabled by default and ACPI?
     MPBIOS is an old and kind of obsolete standard. And all motherboards
     supporting NetBSD-amd64 should have a working ACPI implementation.
