Please note that I also manually tried to boot 'fd0a' instead of 'fd0b'

Please also note that he is using my selfmade ISO (TNF's amd64 iso isn't 
bootable), and mine is (my current system was installed from it).

However, trying bootflops sounds like a good plan.
