Btw, this issue has been fixed in the meantime (I fixed the mcontext
validity check for the old sigreturn).

The exit1() lock panic seems to be a bit more complicated, I have not
found that problem yet. I think it's related to an earlier report that
runnin a fork/exit benchmark crashes the system.
