Cross-compiling alpha -current on amd64 fails at blowfish

I suspect this is a cross-compile issue, but with -current 9.99.35 I'm
getting:

$ ./build.sh -u -j16 -m alpha kernel=TERRAN.MP modules

[...]
--- dependall-blowfish ---
/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-9.99.34-amd64/bin/../lib/gcc/alpha
--netbsd/7.4.0/../../../../alpha--netbsd/bin/ld: bf_ecb.o: Relocations
in generic ELF (EM: 62)
/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-9.99.34-amd64/bin/../lib/gcc/alpha
--netbsd/7.4.0/../../../../alpha--netbsd/bin/ld: bf_ecb.o: Relocations
in generic ELF (EM: 62)
/usr/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-9.99.34-amd64/bin/../lib/gcc/alpha
--netbsd/7.4.0/../../../../alpha--netbsd/bin/ld: bf_ecb.o: error adding
symbols: file in wrong format

The 9.99.35 kernel itself compiles and boots, although I realized late
in updating this tincup running ~2006 3.99 that I'm gonna need those
modules... Maybe I'll just let it run for a few days and it can
compile its own, if build.sh is even possible on the old environment.
:)
