How to Install World?

Hello all,

After some quirks I now succesfully managed to build world using:
./build.sh -O /import/usr/obj -r distribution
however, nothing got installed, the binaries still have an old date. The
new ones probably made themselves comfortable in the obj dir.

So please, how do I install the stuff I just build (I expected the
build.sh script to do this) and how do I update the files in /etc? Is
there something like a mergemaster script around?
