It seems the 3.1 MP kernel still has some issues. I get tons of these
messages in my syslog.

Jan 1 21:15:52 hogrelius /netbsd: com1: 1 silo overflow, 0 ibuf floods
Jan 1 21:16:55 hogrelius /netbsd: com1: 1 silo overflow, 0 ibuf floods
Jan 1 21:18:27 hogrelius /netbsd: com1: 2 silo overflows, 0 ibuf floods
Jan 1 21:20:01 hogrelius /netbsd: com1: 1 silo overflow, 0 ibuf floods
Jan 1 21:30:20 hogrelius /netbsd: com1: 2 silo overflows, 0 ibuf floods
Jan 1 21:31:53 hogrelius /netbsd: com1: 1 silo overflow, 0 ibuf floods

It causes the connection to my UPS to be dropped, but I wouls suspect that
these are only symptoms of something else. After googling around a bit I
found info about this having to do with the MP code in the kernel. I'm not
nearly a good enough programmer to solve or even locate the source of the
errors.

Cheers,
Anders
