Well, I suppose that many years ago I added the support for this
card.  I no longer have any of the hardware setup anymore...  I am
not sure if I still even have the hardware.  But, from memory, you
need to ensure that the card is recognised as a tga(4) rather than
a vga(4).  This will put the card into frame buffer mode upon
startup.  Then it should `just work'.  The resolution is set with
the wheel on the card, there are 16 modes which can be found
sys/dev/ic/decmonitors.c.  The best mode does not work on all of
the cards.

It has been many years since I tried this card, so it might be
interesting to see if it works with, e.g. 1.6.  If it does work
with 1.6 then it should be reasonably easy to determine what changed.
