   I had it booting in multiprocessor mode on EV4 CPUs three years ago.  
It came up fine, spun up all processors, and ran for a few minutes.  
I'd get as far as starting a compile, and when the system started 
getting hammered on, it'd crash.

   I don't recall the nature of the crash (like I said, it was three 
years ago) but that's what happened then.
