Did you try to unplug the power cord, wait for some 10 minutes, replug
and power on? (The AS600 PSU has soft power and sometimes this PSUs get
confused by short power outages. In order to get them back on the ground
you need to "reset" them by unpluging mains power and wait for all
capacitors to decharge...)

Are the voltages from the PSU OK?
