   This is not really the correct forum for a question like this, but 
that's ok.

   "CXT" is the framebuffer (video board), and the error message you're 
seeing indicates a failure of that board.  The specific error code 
(0024) indicates a failure of the VRAM during the test.

   You didn't mention what model of DEC3000 you're using, so I don't 
know if the video subsystem is on the main board or a separate board.  
If it is a separate board, you might try re-seating the board in its 
connector.
