Does that make tools build a gcc3 toolchain? if so, it didn't on my
(freshly updated, sources as of a couple hours ago) -current system. I put
HAVE_GCC3=YES in /etc/mk.conf, did a tools, and it built a gcc
   2.95.3 toolchain.
