NoName has a 3.3V regulator onboard for the CPU. Needs external 3.3V
for the PCI slots if you have 3.3V cards.

I had a PC64 variant from Aspen (the Aspen Alpine) and that one definitely
needed 3.3V from the PSU as it did not have a stepdown regulator onboard.
