Hi

When this AS800 does it's POST in SRM I get:

COM1 not found
COM2 not found

Doing a show in SRM reveals that COM1 and COM2 are configured to 19200
and handshake as BOTH. The ARC BIOS reports 2 serial ports at typical
x86 port addresses.

Any ideas on how I can get a serial console going?

BTW, what is the function of the 3rd D9 Male connector? 
The symbol below the connector in ASCII is roughly:
