You have to use serial console to install. Once you have a running
system you can compile a TCWSCONS kernel to get full graphical console
and X11.=20

I had NetBSD on my 500au bevore I switched to Tru64. It run very well on

SRM is very picky about hardware. I tried two different NCR / Symbios
53C875 based cards on my Alpha PC164 board and only one was recognized.
Maybe you shoud try an other SCSI adapter. Qlogic ISP 10x0 SCSI cards
should work also.=20
