NetBSD runns very well on DEC 3000 Alphas. The GENERIC install kernel
supports only serial console on this machines. Once installed you should
compile a TCWSCONS kernel to get full wscons and X11 support. (see
src/sys/arch/alpha/conf/TCWSCONS)=20
