I had that problem with my PWS 500au some time ago. It was no thermal
sensor, the machine measures the current of the fan in some way. If it
is to low / high / not the right ripple it powers down after a few
seconds. I relpaced the fan with a generic fan from my spare parts box.
Works perfectly.=20
