I don't see why not...

(a) create the right device nodes for the second wsdisplay, e.g. [N,256] for
    ttyF0 and [N,511] for ttyFcfg and
(b) add a screen with wsconscfg.
(c) start it like this: X -dev /dev/ttyE0:/dev/ttyF0

No guarantees though.
