Hi,
I've uploaded a NetBSD/alpha 1.6_BETA5 snapshot, based on sources from
Jul, 30 (not long after osrelease.sh was switched to 1.6_BETA5).
It includes X sets, from sources of the same date.

I didn't test the installation, but these binaries are running on the
machine which built the snapshot, so at last it's self-hosting :)
