Pick up a new netbsd.gz from http://people.freebsd.org/~mjacob

As far as I can tell, isp is doing the right thing. I put some debugging
messages into the CIA DMA code to see where the EINVAL is getting returned
from.

Unfortunately, I don't have the h/w to push a CIA based system above 1GB of
memory.
