I have put a copy of the floppy I got with my Jensen (long
since sold btw) at ftp://ftp.tcja.nl/pub/wilko/alpha
Un-gzip and dd onto a floppy and you should be in business. 
This is the OSF1/VMS ECU, there is another one for NT (which I
do not have)
