Yes, all TGA/TGA2 cards are PCI.

There is a PowerStorm 3d30 on Ebay right now, but unfortunately
it comes in a rather pricey box:

This is not the `buy the machine to get the graphics card'-type

Seriously, though, there are often AS 200 4/233's or AS 255's that
have TGA cards in them.

For reference:

	Marketting	Product Depth	Type	RAMDAC
	----------	------- -----	----	------
	ZLXp-E1 PBXGA-AA	8bit	TGA	bt485
	ZLXp-E2 PBXGA-BA	32bit	TGA	bt463
	PS 3D30 PBXGB-AA	8bit	TGA2	bt485
	PS 4D20 PBXGB-BA	32bit	TGA2	ibm rgb561

This is off the top of my head, so the product codes might be a
bit wrong.

Also, the 32bit variants are `full length'.
