I just configured up my fta0 interface on a fresh install on 1.5.1 on a
3000/300LX.

Everything works dandy, except the fta0 interface worked for about 2 minutes
after I ifconfig'd it, then died:

Jul 28 18:43:48 wwwmail /netbsd: fta0: Link Unavailable
Jul 28 18:44:07 wwwmail /netbsd: fta0: Link Available
Jul 28 18:45:55 wwwmail /netbsd: fta0: Link Unavailable
Jul 28 18:45:56 wwwmail /netbsd: fta0: Flushing transmit queue
Jul 28 18:47:17 wwwmail /netbsd: fta0: Link Unavailable

I ifconfig'd it up at 43:48, then plugged it it. It worked dandy. My FDDI
switch reports:

Port Name Status Req-Path Cur-Path Type Neigh
---- -------------------- ---------- --------- --------- ---- -----
1/1 notconnect secondary isolated A U
1/2 notconnect primary isolated B U
1/3 notconnect primary isolated M U
1/4 notconnect primary isolated M U
1/5 notconnect primary isolated M U
1/6 notconnect primary isolated M U
1/7 connected primary primary M S
1/8 connected primary primary M A

The 3000/300LX is in port 1/1. My other two hosts are in 1/7 and 1/8.

And ideas? I can't reboot the box just now, as it's doing "important
things."
