I recently installed NetBSD 1.5 on a 3000/400 that has two
ethernet adapters.  The standard one on ioasic0 works fine,
but the second - PMAD? - is not working.

I get this error during configuration:

le1 at tc0 slot 4 offset 0x0le: Reg did not settle (to x0): x4
: address 08:00:2b:bf:9a:87
le1: 32 receive buffers, 8 transmit buffers

And then more "Reg did settle" errors after ifconfig.  The
May 1.5.1 snapshot install kernel has the same problem.

Can I get this thing to work?
