So, I have a complete "make release" sitting around.  I would like to make
a CD from it that will boot on a PC164.  INSTALL just says that the way
to do this varies so widely among systems that it's impractical to give
instructions.  So... what should I do?  I'm assuming I make an image using
mkisofs, or something similar, and then I can burn the image from anything
with cdrecord.
