That means your boot failed 'cause the CD-ROM drive couldn't read the boot blocks 
off the CD. Maybe your CD isn't bootable? If it is, maybe the CD media isn't 
readable by the CD-ROM drive? I know I have problems with CD-RW media on most old 
drives, but CD-R media seems to work fine. The CD-ROM drive could be bad, too. 
An "84 FAIL" error message is usually indicative of a generic failure when 
attempting to boot which the SRM can't be more specific about. HTH!
