Lots.   But they won't work with SRM, so you won't be able to boot using
(most of) them.

Yes.   I have a 3c905c in an alpha, works fine.  I also have an (ISA)
smc (wd lookalike) piece of trash - that works fine as well.   SRM (of
course) understands neither.
