the problem with RAM is when it write vector 0x660 and this is vector
0x670..
anyway. I don't have chance to test it on another machine...
Why? because I don't have PC with that type of memmory slot..

actually it works with Digital Unix...

Isn't the problem in this? I put into the Alpha SERVER S3trio VGA card
because NetBSD didn't support VGA implemented on the board... The VGA
card has some problems with VGA RAM. question is if the problem could be
in this...

It happens at the same time... It happens when the NetBSD writes

after 5sec it jupms into DB> and writes messages....

what now? 

P.S.: and I'm using generic kernel...
