Unfortunately, that won't do much good - as the spammers get paid to do
this, they'll just convince some other customer that it's a 'good' idea.
And unfortunately they probably do generate some business out of it.

When Spam includes a 1-800 number, I make a point of calling and
complaining. It doesn't cost me anything but a bit of time, and hopefully
"Spam has destroyed your reputation and run up your phone bill" will get
around and make the spammers' sales job harder.

I believe filters are added the the netbsd lists, so you'll generally
never see one of these twice, but mailing to the list to complain about
it just causes more off-topic traffic.

Be assured that what can be done, is.
