Well, judging from the core logic, it's a 21164 or 21164A.

Okay, well, 21172 == ALCOR2, right?  I.e. what's in the AlphaPC164
and AlphaStation 500.  So, the 21172-CA would be the core logic/pci
controller.  I guess the 21172-BA are memory controllers.  Sorry,
haven't had a machine with this core logic in a while, so I forget
all the details about it.

If it was previously running custom NetApp firmware, it's entirely
possible that it is not compatible with any standard Alpha systype.

Those are PCI-PCI bridges.
