I apologize in advance, but I'm hoping you gents could grant me a small
favor in assistance with this...

BTW -- I need to use M$ because of the PPPoE adapter that SNET (a.k.a. SBC
Communications, Pac Bell...) uses. It's from Network TeleSystems (NTS).
