http://www.arrow.com/ has the philips part (74ABT623D) for US $0.89 a
piece, but charges a minimum $19 shipping.  :P  (but at least they
shipped overnight fedex.)

I have four that I don't need (unless I inherit another dead multia) and
will send to anybody for the price of shipping, your choice of carrier.
