There just is no ldconfig...... read the FaQ on netbsd.org about alpha.. it
will explain...

Hi all.
Just did a complete re-install of 1.4.2 for Alpha. Installed all of the
sets except for the optional security set. Still no ldconfig.
Can anyone point me to which set should have ldconfig?
