I am trying to configure a dec3000/600 as a gateway/router/ftp server.
It has the 2 oem nic cards. NetBSD sees both and I have le0 configured
and working but le1 produces an error. I tried manually configuring it
with ifconfig and all I get is a :Reg did not settle (to x0): x181 
message. NetBSD produces the following message upon bootup:
le1 at tc0 slot 4 offset 0x0le: Reg did not settle (to x0): x181
