NetBSD 1.4.2 released

I updated a pre-1.4.2 snapshot to the release. FTP-ed all the binaries and 
kernel and untar-gzip them (save the /etc stuff) into / using the command:
   tar --unlink -xzvpf -C / filename.tgz

rebooted with the new kernel. everything was fine. with the new 1.4.2 
booted, i tried to ftp the source. during that process, i was put into db> 
mode, with this message:
